In a few words: a suitcase filled with memories collected on a road trip through the south of France, from Provence to the Basque mountains, spills out during an indulgent afternoon nap. Travel objects (a suitcase, a compass, a postcard…) mingle with regional products (Petit Basque, Rocamadour, berlingot candies, honey, jam…) in an abundant, poetic composition. Our primary aim: evoke an emotion.
Our deliberately abundant, richly detailed image lets elements meet, overlap, and intertwine to tell a story that blends reality and nonsense. The colors and light evoke early morning, while blur and sparkling highlights create a peaceful, mysterious atmosphere, as though waking from a dream. Layers of transparency and flashes of color challenge our perception.
Our finishing touch: bubbles that suggest a fleeting, fragile moment, swirling through and subtly coloring the composition to draw us further into the space between dreams and reality…
