Happy Hour

A manifesto for flamboyant sobriety

A banquet of contrasts for flamboyant sobriety

What if we rewrote the rules of celebration? Happy Hour is a creative series born from two perspectives, two sensibilities, two paths—those of Quentin Caillot and Amandine Giloux—with a shared ambition: reinvent the rituals of gathering, with all the intensity and none of the alcohol.

Conceived as a visual and sensory manifesto, this project explores a new language of celebration: more mindful, more stylized, freer. Each series pairs an original mocktail with a recipe developed through food pairing, designed to complement the cocktail’s aromas. Like a baroque ritual, textures are layered, flavors are married, and new memories are created.

Crackers dipped in lemony labneh, mackerel coated in chimichérie, citrus-marinated tofu, crispy breaded eggs… Each pairing tells the story of a scene, a shared moment, the exhilaration of a celebration without alcohol.

Sobriety becomes a space for creative, culinary, and visual exploration, far from ascetic clichés. It opens up a new kind of celebration, flamboyant and sincere.
